First when I joined the colleagues and the senior as well was very warm and yet never felt that it has been more than a year with the amazing staff I'm working with. Even there are very advantages working with such a big brand. Recently around 67 were send to Chennai for our founder's day and it was around 10 days trip and we had a blast literally blast over there.

The working environment is good and gives a decent salary.

They give employment through third party employer. BCS of that people doing the same job don't get the same benifits. Some employees get yearly health checkups, bonus and good increament while others don't.

No growth, there is very less salary increment. Even on PCI my salary is not incremented as it was said by the HR that it will be incremented but it's been 8 months now my salary is not been incremented after giving the PCI certificate

It was good space to work there and learn new things...and got good experience. Starting salary was low and then I got increment.

The hospital is understaffed in every department from helper staff to doctors, and in the wards every responsibility and call goes to ward doctor instead of communicating directly to team. Be very aware if working as a ward doctor all one is doing is running arround here and there. They have hired a lot inexperienced nursing staff and trained to only call wrad rmo if they get stuck in any situation be clinical or non clinical....Read More

People at top chosen for face value only . No real value for honesty or integrity. Keep patient in for nothing is a good doctor. Do surgery 3 times, even better.
