Worst company to work at Unit level, False Commitments not only with employees but with clients and associated partners. You won't feel like employee rather you feel like slave. Seniors don't have the adequate knowledge plus no leadership skills. They are the perfect example of Micro-Managers. (This is only at Unit level) Although, it's great to work at Group level.

Dislikes

The pathetic leadership they have at Unit level in Apollo Hospitals Delhi. They are the Micro-managers, no work to do rather disturbing the work momentum.

Business Stakeholders are good. Interaction with them is very informative. Hospital and their services are good, lot to learn but can be done at a very slow.

Dislikes

There is no support from any older teams, there is a lot office politics. Technically they are not strong enough to support as people are not upskilling internally. Very slow management and no personal growth plan. Company will keep growing as healthcare is always needed, you might not

No growth, there is very less salary increment. Even on PCI my salary is not incremented as it was said by the HR that it will be incremented but it's been 8 months now my salary is not been incremented after giving the PCI certificate

The hospital is understaffed in every department from helper staff to doctors, and in the wards every responsibility and call goes to ward doctor instead of communicating directly to team. Be very aware if working as a ward doctor all one is doing is running arround here and there. 1.A lot of politics by old staff 2.you can not work without pressure . 3. 7 night shift just like nursing department. 4. Every 5minute ask by team leader what are you doing. 5. Agar tum time se aaoge or time par jaoge to aap se team leader aap se rudely bolega just itni bhi kiya jldi hai Jane kee and Jane ke time par aap ko kaam de dega every day. 6 . Aap ke sath has ke rehega lakin boss ko jakar aap kee complaints karega ghuma phira kar jo kee aap ne nahi kiya. 7 office out ka.koi time nahi hai. 8.
