I did work 3 year in indraprastha apollo hospital ..but in situation of emergency I took one month lose of pay with inform to incharge than I came after one month they was said go to HR department ...I went and met with shukla in HR ....he took my signature on clearance and said now you free but went to him for rejoing but hedid my clearance without explain any thing Than I gave again interview for rejoing process I cleared again interview ...I did joing formalities ...I was done my medical also but they said they are calling me for joining date but it's 2 month completed they didn't give any response and I am still waiting for call from HR for joing date they didn't give any response...Read More

Salary and appraisal disappointed me.....I joined as a nursing supervisor on 31000 although I didn't get in salary increament till 2 years .....when I was on resignation period end of the 2 year....I got increament.......big disappointment...

I have totally 8yrs experience in apollo,over all experience 11.1/2 yrs,iam working as a acting charge nurse,here iam doing hard work,I never get any negative feed back from any of one,actively I participating in councils also,I don't know y still iam Registerrd Nurse,here they wont encourage working people.

Prior to 2022, the organisation had extended a good environment and opportunity to learn from.

The company's induction programme is a bull.shit where examples of long serving employees are shown. Whereas Apollo, Bhubaneswar is not hesitating to lay off it's productive employees without proper justification. The HR doesn't even have any clue, they are tongue tied and act upon as per the unit head's order, if not then their jobis at threat. Employees who have given 10-15 years of their life when they were young ,in setting up the organisation. The hospital in return layed them off without any justification. Worst ever leadership and management. Very much toxic environment since 2022 in Apollo, Bhubaneswar. Bullying and harrasment is a common practice in the hospital. Some of the idiot sycophants are ruling the hospital making the environment toxic for others to work. Sheer Talabani rule prevailing in the hospital. The worst work culture you can find somewhere that is in Apollo. Managers don't behave like managers, but housekeeping staff. The housekeeping staff are more responsible, well behaved, organized than the managers, HR, or ops team & training. The training dept needs training itself. Managers need to be managed. And the culture of work seems to be more like a club house than an office. The company is too horrible, there is nothing to like about anything.
