Unsupportive management & HR Rude and visionless managers No growth, no appreciation. On job training not provided. Lot of Expectation from employee but no help. Employee treated as 3rd class people. Employee can be sacked anytime. The management do not value the salary agreement, it can be changed anytime. No promotions and growth.
