The experience it provides is tremdous.

Dislikes

It is one of the worst paymaster in the country. Pl join the organization if you are financially secured because the pay one gets at any level is worst in the industry. There is a culture of politics and merit is often compromised for adjusting the chosen few who manage to appease the management.

Work Details

Absolutely terrible. It is a den of massive exploitation where the top management is having the perfect work life balance whereas the mangers are most vulnerable and treated with disdain.
