Every thing...... only one thing disappointed me and it's salary increament.

Salary and appraisal disappointed me.....I joined as a nursing supervisor on 31000 although I didn't get in salary increament till 2 years .....when I was on resignation period end of the 2 year....I got increament.......big disappointment...

They aren't focusing on improvement of work culture. Still the are following 1980s model. All are manual works. Wasting stationery like anything. Management should concentrate on this.

The worst work culture you can find somewhere that is in Apollo. Managers doesn't behave like managers, but housekeeping staffs. The housekeeping staffs are more responsible, well behaved, organized than the managers, HR, or ops team & training. Training dept needs training itself. Managers needs to be managed. And the culture of work seems to be more like a club house than a office.

I like the apollo hospital very much.work life balancing and duty hours management is little bit challenging but I love to work there.I have gained lots of memories and appreciation there.The team I worked with is really a good and relaxing experience for me.My seniors taught me a lot and helped in the place wherever I need in a kind manner.I also had lots of benefits there including low fees hostel benefits.My first working place I won't forgive and forget that place.My overall experience is good and nice if I got a chance to work there again I am pleasure to work🤗☺️....Read More

Nothing.. no one can ever like anything about this unit of Apollo Hospital located at pathetic location in Gandhinagar. It's not really worth working.

Dislikes

No infrastructure, No cleanliness, No basic amenities like Toilet at each floor. No Travel services, No complementary meal to employees. No work Life Balance. Salary deduction on latemarks but no flexibility with In/Out timing. HRD is at 1st floor & Toilets are on 5th floor where Marketing & COO sits. Another is on Ground floor. Only Urinals on 1st floor that too stincky & dirty. No Hygiene at all. Almost everyone is frustrated with management. No support from Chennai HO as well. Staff don't even use Outlook. Keep Data in physical paper & files format.. HR demands manual work in Technology era.. asking managers to do donkey work of Data entry. IT dept themselves don't know to configure MS Office, Outlook, Teams & other work related softwares. COO encourages working on Sundays & Holidays without any perks & benefits. Overall.. WORST place to work.. Be careful as they neglect basic requirements saying its a service sector. I didn’t like anything about working at Apollo hospital. It was the worst experience of my life to work at Apollo. I would never recommend anyone to work at Apollo. They keep employees there till 9 or 10 pm without giving any overtime and the employees who get overtime they get very low amount and so most of the employees at lower level they leave in a month or two.
