Free covid antibody test for all employees.with Covid vaccination. Covid vaccination scheduled are followed from top level to bottom level employeethrough each mobile with date and time.

Dominating the co workers to be avoid. encourage the juniors staffs for own interest of work and skills.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
