There is lack of management and no planning in any field of work. They don't respect anyone in any manner and be honest they are totally selfish they don't know how to talk they always use politely abusive word so you like that you don't have knowledge and you had made a very big mistake and they continuously torture you again and again. They are lack of knowledge in every field except in corruption they know how to crack they deal by giving money to everyone for their work and creating their own goodwill....Read More

Always do blackmailing, torture and harassment to their staff. Doing fake Showoff that we are giving best opportunity to staff & labour. Support to increase in corruption & increase poverty by not giving money to labour & staff.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
