Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Cadsys is the main office located at hymayat nagar hyderabad. Apex Engineers India Pvt Ltd and CADSYS both are same. No Job security, No Career growth, condition apply for salary/appraisal, worst management they did not think for employee. they want only work at any situation. those who are doing flattery they are only secure for job.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
