Likes

The only benefit is on time pay cheques and no after working hours obligations. Rest it's a truly pressure job. Not only academics , educators are involved in all sorts of administrative and promotion activities. There is no set KRA .

Immensely Authoritative, no rights to make decesions and higher authorities show no respect to their subordinates.

Salary - Poor

Not good .. In considerate not humane treatment

Very very very bad or poor work culture of apeejay institute of design they no sense of working behave very unethical with employees specially the director Reeti batala she don't have any manner how to talk to other having 0 knowledge of accounts and still she doesn't let do work to accountant out there also they are giving ZERO JOBSECURITY do ever never join this institution until reetu batala is there...Read More
