The only one good thing, they give the salary even in lockdown and also on time

This is my geniune review of 1 year time duration. First of all, don't join this company even it's last company of the world. The person is hired on contractual job hence no job security they will fire you at any time without any notice period. No medical facility, no PF, no other employee benefit. No motivation, undue pressure, management don't bother for problems at ground level, using free software instead of generally used softwares without providing its training, contractual job hence no job security, employee turnover rate is quite high in every department due to internal politics.

No flexibilities, micro management by owner, zero to no authority to senior level. Poor appraisal, management works on their mood swings. No trust on employees. Strict timing without work from home or any other option.
