A gud place for freshers to learn hve fun n work wid ease. Being a startup they may not hve enough clients so being freshers u may hve enough tym to work learn new methods n stuffs n work peacefully without stress. Again being startup no job security r they may leave u with the same ease they recruited bcoz they feel they may not get candidates n strong n ppl wid gud attitude they recruit on same day bcoz they r not confident they wil get ppl but n no tym due to money scare they may leave u bcoz they recruit more ppl for less requirements.. overall Deepak sir n hr mam every senior workers like gourav Umesh sir all teach well n r more patient n gud work culture n humanity .. Lots of fun n happiness involved with Deepak sirs own contribution I hope he s Gud .. Nice for new comers n non IT ppl...Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
