The place looks like a resort so at first anyone would want to work there. They've a great library with a fantastic auditorium. I think now that they used the scenic beauty for decoy. If you manage to work there for a couple of months you'll understand.

Dislikes

I found the job excessively tiring as I was a residential teacher. I'd no time for myself and absolutely no personal life. The organisation looks modern from outside but they're backward. Felt like I was living in 17th century or something. Kids won't respect their teachers and some of the staff also have no class or standards. Work Details

I didn't feel comfortable right from the beginning as there was no freedom of expression. The management favours a few specific people who act like slaves. Most of my co-workers just passed negative feedback regarding me.
