Flexible working hour, freedom in working, great training at Graz (austria), no hierarchy, great SAP system for all sales manager (the best in the industry for cold call), The ERP system is the best database in the industry in terms of tractability and reliability. Senior management is highly supportive of any difficulties by employee. Very strong service team.

Dislikes

Very long driving my sales person as the rules of reimbursement are strict and not as per industry standard. Sales commission being part of CTC, Product priced higher compared to competitor for some product, highly dependent on one type of industry.
