No doubt company is good !! I worked there for more than 5 years. Initially, they were not considering the growth of existing resources but with the current change in the market. Company has revised pay scale of existing resources and hired new skills also based on Market standards. Lots of additional employee benefits compared to other companies.

Dislikes

The company is grown in the Cloud world, but still follows the old technologies, especially in the development area, however, they are trying to match catch the market by adding a new development platform but resources cant wait in such fast-growing world.
