It used to have better culture but it has been degrading ever since. Good employees keep on leaving the organisation including CEO, CFO, business strategy head, etc. Attrition rate is 90 percent.

Dislikes

There is no job security. Leadership team talks very badly with all levels of staff and keeps on shouting at each other. No one takes any decision. They keep on changing office work location and doesn't even consider staff comfort. Not they provide any allowance or re-allocation incentives. The organisation lacks leadership and organisation goal.

There are many programs, seminars and therapies going on on regular basis which takes ones experience to the next level.

Work conditions are not satisfactory.. too much politics can distract one from his work duties.

Coordinating and much more tasks were assigned, had to be allegedly finished within the reqd time. Environment is good and working conditions are comfortable as long as you are in book of every one. Work Politics affects performance.
