Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Some time I have work with company day and night but Managers do not value an individuals. I want some growth in my profile but there is slow growth

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to checking securities of three sites. I have to take round on site with in a week. I have to check the security is working properly or not. I have to report to HR day by day about site.
