There is very good working atmosphere in the Company.All Seniors & Junior staff are very Co-Operative.The Company increase the salary on termination of your probation after six months if you perform well.There is gratuity provision also on completion of five year service.The promotion & pay hikes are very satisfactory.Overall, it isa good Company for career growth of Construction linked candidates....Read More
