The environment and people of this company are very good. and founder of this company sir and mam are fine according to as a owner. This is top class company in Delhi NCR and there projects are going on all over india. and I'm so glad to a part of this company.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
