There product is something wont be able to understand, and no one is going to help you because there is top internal 10 employee policy in every team who will get benifited by money and they not going to add in your salary they provide it thorough variable pay which is more than your package. And those who not getting benifited theyeven dont know why is this happening with them. And top one dont help their junior in the sense of competion with team mate. If you are a fresher this is a perfect place to start your career, It teaches you how to work in IT sector, how to work in a team etc. The company provides food, cab, and staying place.Work environment is good, teammates are very friendly.Everybody is ready to help.Appraisals totally depends upon your performance.

Shift timings are from 4pm to 2 am, that is why i had to leave the company.
