Companies culture is horrible, i sometimes wonder why even I joined here, they always want to fill one thing or another, sometimes I wonder we should fill all those or work, they have 3 apps track our time and work and we need to fill that daily which is simply waste of time, i seriously hate this, of we forget to fill what we did that day in their so called application called hive, they will call us and say governance issue, I don't know how others are still working here. Not only that, there are lot of internal politics here, you will survive only if you are managers favourite, you will be in good project only if you are managers pet, if not they will throw you into which ever project they want even if you deserve better. I never saw the worst company like this in my life, it is full of politics and applications, we have atleast 10 applications to use in our daily basis in that atleast 5 we need to fill about the time we worked and to fill what we worked on....Read More

Salary slip include deduction of LTA & GRATUITY which a company pays you and give tax benefit if you spend anything related to leave travel allowance but here these people are deducting from your salary and giving you in annual bases. That means giving your money to you and if you left before an year or after some years then you will not get the deducted amount which is deducting from your salary every month. After HR discussion, HR managers are not giving you salary what was discussed or providing you salary annexure in such a way that you are getting discussed amout but actually salary will be credited after deducting more than 15k every month. Variable bonus is just a clause mentioned in bullet pointers in offer letter but still not part of salary components. You even cannot believe that you are actually getting variable amount because it is not mentioned in your salary slip anywhere. So when you want to switch to other companies you will not be able to make than understand that it is actually part of your CTC. They have some good policies if they actually followed it, unfortunately those are just in writings and never practiced.

Dislikes

The management is terrible. No support, guidance in case of any help you need. Team leads and mangers are incapable to guide the team. They will dump all the work on the juniors, where a single person ends up doing all the team's work which includes the manager's responsibilities as well. No work life balance. Working in US shift can be bad.
