Dislikes

A very infamous employer particularly for mid to senior level employees. Attrition is extremely high (30 senior managers and above left or were asked to leave in last 3 years). Full and final settlement of quite a few are still pending of over a year on frivolous grounds. The organisation is run at the whims of the MD. A crooked consultant by the name of Badri Agarwal was the main disrupter. Entire matter was coordinated by the CHRO who is highly skilled in politics and overpaid for that.
