First point don’t believe google reviews. It is created by one of the employee itself and not the owner. It’s not an organisation, they are just running a business and hardly care for employees future. If an employee is hardworking and decides to quit the company they bribe them with more money so that they don’t quit. Worst management and salary structure. You are paid only after 10th of each month that too after multiple meetings and discussions. There is no work life balance at all. You are made to work for 12 hours straight with promises that you will be paid for it. No holiday policy in this company. You work 24/7, no comp off and holidays for festival as well. Manager is just for name sake. No proper hierarchy. They will boast so much in the interview and ask you technical questions but believe me it’s only data labelling that requires only tool knowledge and nothing else.They don’t have a written company policy or rules. They make their own rules. Once you join this company they make sure it’s your career’s dead end. You can’t move forward or backward with the experience you get here. After joining this company I wasted my precious 2 years.salary also not good.. HR management is too worst. This is not good for your career u can't manage ur daily needs with this salary after joining near by Indira canteen is ur daily hotel because u can't afford a food in other hotels..should work for Saturday and Sunday and this covid time should go for office and they won't pay ur internet charges during wfh times.they won't give you proper increment.. but one thing is get improving that is daily target that targets makes u own get frustrated and most amazing thing is u will get pay ur salary after 10 th of next month ... please don't join this company...Read More

1. There is no job security and salary not on time 2. Very poor management-there is no respect for employee's even from service desk 3. Will get complete salary only if we work on saturday and sunday and based on production 4. They do not have proper pay structure and No PF 5. Do not expect hike at all 6. Dis job is just same like BPO,nothing interesting, there is nothing to learn in this company, management pay u 10k n expect work like they are paying 50k, working in BPOs far better then this
