Anjuman is just like dream come true it is my birth place. I have studied in the same school under experienced and talented teacher whom I always admired. And also wishd to be like them.

Dislikes

I do not like the salary system and the politics in the school.

Work Details

It's very exciting teaching students of Primary-section. I have been teaching since13 years.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

They did'nt support me at all. I had left my private job for the sake of Government job vacancy but I am not part of it anymore.I was guaranteed about Government placement.I am told to wait for 5-6 years now.

Feel comfortable, Family atmosphere, Scope in Teaching and Learning & Motivating Heads.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
