Can get ship when ever required, job availability is good; as the job is on contract basis, work culture not conducive, onboard and FPD management is poor, company policies are lengthy and confusing, to many exclusions.

Policies are not in favour of employee and very lengthy & confusing. Onboard & fleet personal dept Management goes by blame game and very poor. Delay in sign off after completion of contract also. Reducing salaries whenever and where so ever possible.
