I like mainly PMS(preventive maintenance system)system which is a routine system,no need to maintenance again,if job carried out as per pms.

Dislikes

I never dislike AESM .But some tech.supdt./ch.engr(who holding uk. coc) behaves as god father of juniors.After all,AESM work schedule/machinery maint.profile is excellent.
