Great place to work - Culture was very good, all the managers were very supportive and approachable. HR Dept was very very helpful (except one female). A good place to learn. Lot of perks & Benefits.

Dislikes

- Lots of paper work (more than govt office) - None to less work life balance. Work is not allocated well, too much work dumped on each individual. - One HR was just terrible at her job. Very Rude and Unprofessional. No-one liked her in the company, don't know why she was rehired.

It's a great place to work at barring the glacial pace of growth. No matter how well one performs, promotions are very few and far in between especially at mid management level. Job security is phenomenal, company ethics are in place, salaries are more or less at par with the market and support functions are very cooperative. If only they would reward calibre and performance instead of loyalty, they would have most people retiring from there....Read More
