Now a days this company is getting projects, so some thing we can learn from projects.

Company is sub of NEL mumbai, Working atmosphere is very worst, Manager keep on looking at you how many times you are going to restroom and How much time you are sitting and spending in chair rather than your performance. So here sitting more time in chair makes you good recognition ahead of work performance.

Dislikes

Poor management... You gotta work even On sundays because they don't hire resources based On requirements but ask you to stretch Overtime for compensation offs but they don't offer that comp offs when we need. Atlast No Gain Only Pain ... You Dont get salary on time.

Work Details

Being instrumentation engineer... I worked in few projects , Here everything is scrap work. Manager is stupid , never appreciates anyone and his atitude is very bad. He behaves in a such a way that you should compulsorily strech OT & weekends.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
