It's like a government office. Everything will be micromanaged by Anand bhai and his subordinates Chetan, Feeroz will just blindly nod yes to whatever he says.

The subordinates are forced to touch feets of their bosses and anand bhai The entire engineering staff of mumbai of nearly 50 people was forced to resign Anand bhai used to join engineering meetings and set infeasible deadlines for the projects without any considerations. Anand bhai used to scare the engineering staff by saying "ifyou dont follow him, Your career will be in trouble" and many more crazy & illegal things have happened there. No increments (5-7%) and no bonuses (if at all, then paid too late after pleasing the Chariman, Anand bhai a lot) The managing director(Amit son of Anand Bhai) who used to lead the engineering team, quit the company midst of multiple running projects, without informing any of the team mates. Due to this entire team was Micro managed by Anand bhai and his subordinates who used to treat engineers like dogs and screamed at engineers daily and mentally harassed by giving dhamki about career and salary Notice period = 90 days, which they tend to only increase and never reduce Only Cons no pros...Read More

Overall experience is average, got many opportunities to learn.Initially the work culture was good got wfh opportunity and benefits but once the key management people have left, there is chaos in employees to leave. Career Growth is available for 1.5-2 years.

Notice period is 3 months, no leave encashment policy, employee provision on employee portal to put papers is prohibited, Appraisals are minimal, appraisal lifecycle is different as mentioned on Appointment letter.
