Everything is good. But management's is selfish. And not good charactersGood work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot polities every employees . Career is growth but salary is slow . But now training is not take proper because trainer is unskill.

The only concern with the organization is that it follows 6 day work pattern for all employees including indirect staff. Though measures were taken to overcome it, such ideas couldn't materialize.

It was my first compny,working environment is really good and all are very supportive there.working culture is good.Personally i lernt lot of things from there. But in terms of growth it zero.

Compensations is decent but growth is very slow.The pressure of work was very high.There is no on job training for guyz.
