I worked here for a few years after completing my PhD. A very good company comprising of highly educated and experienced professionals. All managers and also top management is very open and receptive to feedback. I am thankful to the company for giving me this opportunity.

None as such. HR and accounts departments can be quite messy in their working here, but thankfully complaining to top management can help resolve this issue.
