Good company to work and explore your career in World's largest MNC. You can learn new things in Amway and if you want to make career in Corporate this is one of the best company.

Dislikes

Yes in every company there are politics and so many other factors also. compensation is decent but growth is slow and sometimes may be you will loose your job also....

Work Details

I had worked with Amway as Customer Desk Service. We need to handle distributor face to face for any kind of help they want from our side.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
