There is a keen chance of very small scale new implementation that does not require extra cost.

Dislikes

The way this company runs. Their paper work for the employyes is horrible. They keep changing a employee's name form one to another sister concerns every 4 - 5 years. Employees are asked to work even after office time is over. Slangs are used by top management towaŕds labours. Increment happens 2% - 3% after 3-4 years.
