*Transportation problem from plant to Guwahati it takes about 6 /7 hours with terrible road condition. Only morning and at night you will get few cars negligible. * Not safe outside the company because of Local people. Company do nothing for safe employees. *Bad road conditions from Highway to plant about 4 KM away from Highway. * Accomodation problem. Have to stay three Employees in one room. *
