No job security, torcher by seniors. There is always harassing mid and senior management. Management thought employees are liability. Hr policy how to harass employee on leave, on procedures and employee welfare is nothing. The workers staying location is like slums at out Scott of city, very bad road infrastructure. Management thought the employee are selves. Internal politics is unimaginable. My suggestions if you are think to do job at amrit cement, please rethink again. This is like pond, you thought there is water but the pond filled with mudde and slush. If you will go inside it is very difficult to survive. You will regret, better consider again this is not the last place to work....Read More
