Management doesn't provide any support. You are on you own if you are joining this company.

Con: Many of the senior are rude towards the junior. Instead of resolving there problems and helping . They ask silly questions like ' from how much time you are working, when did you join, etc. And after that they will say 'search and give me the solution within the given time' and time they gave is illogical. Here timelines for project are set by seniors with their capabilities not with the junior person who is actually going to work on that project. This company suck their employees blood and they deduct salaries whenever they can. Abscon rate is higher then the hiring rate. This company has a bond period of 2.5 year(beware). Pro: they give salary on time(what left after deduction) Their product is somewhat good....Read More
