Work life balance but not mental peace

First of all there were no fixed rules or policies were there, it used to vary from person to person which i felt was partial. Very much favorism is there between north and south employees and office is full of politics. Very rude HR, no manners to talk to their employees. And last but not least they will do mentally torture at the time of relieving. Didn't even send the proper required FnF documents & last months payslip even after following up with them so so many times which I personally feel is very horrible as the new employer would be requiring it....Read More
