The HO at noida and the team there is very supportive and I had a great learning curve while collaborating with them. Mr. Sunil Barsaiyan and Ms. Pankhuri Chauhan at the central digital marketing team we’re the best team leaders and mentors a person could ask for.

Dislikes

I was posted at their Raipur campus and it was hell. The management there had no idea what tasks to assign to the SMO. There is a huge communication gap between their head office (HO) and the campus management, which made life hell for me. My professional option was made into ego tussles for the management. They refused to listen to anyone and only supported their older male staff. The work environment at campus is extremely toxic and is the sole reason for me resigning. It was so bad on my mental health. I am not just their ex-employee but also their alumni. It saddens me to think that, if this is their behaviour with an alumni what will they be doing with someone completely new to the organisation. I am well aware that my predecessor faced the same problem and eventual he too quit due to the extremely toxic behaviour of the management. I had hoped things would be different for me but I was disappointed. Misogyny was also a major issue as my boss (at the time director admissions and marketing) was not in favour of appointing a girl for this job....Read More
