1. Freedom in work. 2. Direct co-ordinate with director.

Dislikes

1. There is no proper siting arrangement in office. 2. There is no proper system ( Computer) in organisation, all are outdated. 3. No proper management regarding employee welfare. 4. There is no optimisation in system, just do outdated working process. 5. There is no timely salary, I think it's depends on mood because the salary date not fixed ( 15th to 20th salary date) 6.
