However, if an employee arrives at 10:16 AM or later, they are marked as late, and salary deductions are applied. The work environment is reportedly challenging, especially for new hires, due to a lack of cooperative staff. Gossiping and negative conversations behind employees' backs are common, leading to feelings of demotivation and isolation.
