Company culture is good.

Company culture - Excellent

Dislikes

Everything is good but workload is very much. You even have to work on Sundays and till 11 pm on your laptop everyday. Distribution of white goods as gifts to retailers is carried on whole year and the company doesn't provide proper support for that. You yourself have to hire a taxi and lift heavy boxes for distribution where you may sometimes feel as a labour. Work life balance is almost zero.
