It used to be a great company before but now things have completely changed. Only they are worried about is lead delivery target 🎯 nothing else.

Dislikes

The upper management is less concerned about the quality of outputs given by the company and neither they bother to talk to the ground staff nor they want to accept the ground reality. That's the reason people have started leaving the org still they are not bothered. BL should start talking to L3's.

For Admin Role, there is no specific process, Micromanagement in all work, toxic environment, No Appreciation, No Appraisal, Terrible work pressure as no work distribution is there, Office timing for coming is fixed, outgoing time is not fixed more than 9-10 hrs job.
