If you are a female, please don't join this company even if it is the last company in the world. Environment of the company is just pathetic and negative. Mr. Gurmeet Singh Sachdeva is the HOD of the legal department, just a useless person who knows nothing about law, have no respect towards the employees (except only the girls who can impress him and sit in his cabin for hours. 15-20 days Delay in salary, HOD - HR & HOD - LAW are very rude people. Mr. Gurmeet Singh Sachdeva is a useless man with very poor knowledge of legal things even this guy is 70 year old uncle and has completed his law degree in 2021 that too from CCS University Meerut. He has absolutely zero knowledge of legal procedures and court work and literally the legal department has only the work of shooting mails to various advocates and asking next date of hearing. The man is himself a legend in complicating simple works and he shouts randomly on employees. Sachdeva is a 3 feet tall useless full time arrogant man who thinks that he has a bigger name than most of the senior Advocates. This man was a mere govt bank employee at start who was taken into this company on mercy shown by our MD. Then he humiliates the knowledgeable legal staff and plays political grudge games and tries to pressurise them. If you're ready to worship him, then he will treat you as his kid. It is a special advise to female staff to not to join the legal department as Mr. Sachdeva is a characterless man and is a simp. He favors women for his biological needs as he is a old uncle and his eyes are not good he always tries to take advantage of female staff by giving them lots of work so that they can be there in his cabin and he should stare them abruptly ....Read More

Worst Company to join; when it comes to the legal department.

In the legal department, everything is disliked. The person namely Gurmeet Sachdeva so-called Vice president of legal department, he is not even an advocate but he thinks he is more than a senior advocate. Sachdeva only needs lickers in his legal department who will do buttering and licking, the person will be liked most and will betreated as the best employee irrespective of legal knowledge. No scope of learning due to Sachdeva he is only a postman in that department who collects information from other department and sent it to counsels. He is not even bothered about to apply his mind to the documents and he will not even let you apply your mind. To work with him just forget your mind at home and follow his instructions. It is advised even in your worst time don't join legal department of Ambience. Very pathetic person, can't even describe the mental harassment that I faced during my work period....Read More
