Too much of politics, if they don't like you, they will put you under immense pressure so that you will run away. Further, my own experience is too bad that my manager didn't forward my resignation to the HR, and the HR is asking why you left the company without information. When I tried to explain that I submitted my resignation properly and left the company giving proper handover, the HR was not ready to hear me out, also after I left, they blammed me for all the missed PCD's including the styles which I was not even handling....Read More

The work culture can improve a bit. Entertainment at work place is a must. Ambattur can work on that. Leaves and holidays can also be taken into concern of the employees. Employee benefits are very poor. Increment % is also poor.
