Absolutely NOTHING. This particular team of Prime Video Technology X-Ray is one of WORST, within the entire Prime Video org. Unless you are determined to kill yourself, NEVER join THIS SPECIFIC org.

You will NEVER learn anything new, no scope for career development, no manager support, zero work life balance, toxic work culture, people are toxic beyond imagination, the HR is sitting there to screw you at all times, the higher management couldn't care less about this team. You will not get any bonus or hampers of occasions as itis a mandatory for all orgsnat least in PV, but the higher management does not approve anything for this team. Immaculate work pressure and you literally have to tolerate chronical verbal abuse by your lead and manager, for no apparent reason. Trust me, I have never regretted joining a team as much as this one....Read More

My company is a great place to work. Most managers are supportive, and they genuinely acknowledge and highlight employees who put in the effort. Additionally, I appreciate the competitive compensation and the generous hikes they offer.
