They push you hard daily to look for a new job. Don't follow the rating they all are manupulated you can try once you make a rating down immediately within few days someone will give good reviews to make them up again

Unprofessional HR Behavior: The HR team engages in unnecessary scrutiny of trivial actions, like questioning an employee’s decision to have two cups of tea, which undermines professional credibility and creates a toxic atmosphere.
