Very Bad experience, its one man army company. No job security, after 4-5 months entire team ll change, only those who can survive who is best in buttering, and back bite. You ll find 4-5 people who are old and expert in these things. Rest try if you want to listen abusive language too.

The Job i was hired for Business Development was given support but in end it was just another trick to get information ( what's going on in market )

No trainings, Team work is opposite to it, U never know when MD will fire you for anything not even related to your work or He will transfer you to any other position as he wishes to. So things are uncertain

The company have good culture, competent person and skilled workforce. All staffs are very cooperative. Job is secure here for hard worker and salary also get on time and Mr. Pardeep (Manager HR) is very rude of you are a non performer 😡😡😡
