There’s nothing here worth "liking." It’s all just sycophants. Employees have no respect, whether they are new or old; they talk to everyone with abuse. After giving the post of computer operator, they make us do work that’s even worse than manual labor. Damn dogs!

Dislikes

The behavior of the directors at Lala Chaap towards employees is extremely degrading. They treat employees as if they are useless and make decisions without any consideration for them. They select the designs and fabrics themselves, and if sales drop, they blame the employees. They often ask, "Why did you buy so much?" But for your information, they are the ones who give us orders, specifying the products and quantities. Moreover, directors like Karan, Varun, and Arun Grover speak to employees using abusive language. It is shocking that such an environment is tolerated, and honestly, I don’t know how I survived there for two years. Additionally, there is a man—Pradeep, who is in admin. He doesn’t listen to any employee and just acts like a sycophant for Arun, Varun, and Karan. He never takes the side of any employee in front of them and just badmouths everyone....Read More
