I am very sorry to share this - There is nothing to like working here. Literally, there is nothing in the company other than frustration. Not just me, but every employee feels the same. No training will be given. Anyone can be terminated any day, it is all management own interest. Every person works here at the edge of the seat of ge tting terminated any moment (So no job security). Salary & Appraisals are still a dream, where the management thinks that giving salary to employees is a charitable action by them....Read More

No employee has been treated with respect. Work culture is so terrible. Work at Amarprakash cannot be said even overloaded, but it is so burdening that everybody has to work for more than 12-14 hrs a day, daily. Yet they are been treated worse. No appreciation. No responsibilities will been given for employees. And every credit of this goes to the management. We can only feel pity on our colleagues....Read More

There is no work as per your role. Management just dump the works on employees, which is so obvious that it is merely impossible to finish it off. But still management will blame us.
