The top management at Amara Raja Advance Cell Technology is visionary, driving innovation and growth, which I greatly appreciate. However, middle management often creates a toxic work culture, lacks transparency, and struggles with communication.

Dislikes

The appraisal and promotion systems are not transparent or fair, leading to uncertainty around career progression. Employees often feel that the criteria for promotions are unclear, and the feedback process is not constructive

A company with all the good working culture, good management, work satisfaction, work life balance, a good environment,well treated personnel's etc

Dislikes

A company with good CTC and management policies and it's implementation is par low. Should really focuses on the training programs, physical interactions with trainers and on conducting programs.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
